Our development team has upgraded the Lightning to USB Cable with our 3rd Generation Lightning connector. The 3rd Gen Lightning connector is  almost identical to the original Lightning connector. All the 3rd Party Lightning Cables available in the market right now are still using the 1st / 2nd generation Lightning connector.
